DEFINITIONS
User - a person registered on the Luxgambey.com website which has been granted access to an individual account on the website, identified by a username and a unique password.
Rating - author's opinion on the hotels posted on the website, published on the website using the tools provided by the website.
Partner - an entity cooperating with the Luxgambey.com website based on each legal and organizational form permitted
General provision
- The prerequisite for using the website services is the acceptance of all provisions of these regulations.
- By creating an account, the User declares that he has read the provisions of these regulations and accepts them fully.
- The User may be a natural adult person, a minor natural person with the consent of a legal guardian, or a representative of a legal person who has registered on the website and received access to an account to which he logs in with an identifier (username) and a unique password.
Registration and user account
- One User may have only one account on the site.
- Registration on the site and the confusion of hotel ratings is free.
- User accounts are the sole property of the website owner. The User may not transfer the account to other entities for a fee or free of charge.
- Only registered users have the right to add ratings to the website.
- The User undertakes not to send any offensive, scandalous, pornographic and commercial content, or undesirable to other website users.
- Users have the right to block other website users from sending messages to their accounts. The above lock cannot be appealed against the website administrator.
Adding ratings and website content
- The User adding the rating certifies the truthfulness of the given information to the best of his knowledge and opinion. The User does not post statements intentionally misleading other website users. Foremost, it does not post false photos of hotel facilities.
- The website owner is not responsible for the truthfulness, reliability, timeliness, and usefulness of the ratings and photos posted on the website by users. The User is obliged not to add advertising content of goods, services, and companies to the website other than the mere evaluation and photos of hotels posted on the website. By adding a review or photo on the website, the User certifies that he has complete economic copyrights to the published text of the review or image. By adding a review or print, the User declares that he grants the owner of the website a license in all fields of use. The license is indefinite, unconditional, and does not expire after removing the content of the review and deleting the User's account on the website. You are not entitled to any form of compensation for the grant of these licenses. The website owner reserves the right to change, supplement and delete the information available on the website without informing the website users about it.
Responsibility
In the event of receipt of a notification of infringement of copyright and related rights in connection with the publication of a review, the website owner will provide the relevant institutions with all data enabling the identification of the review's author. The publication of reviews containing content that breaks the law, particularly pornographic, promoting phonographic and computer piracy, disseminating data-breaking techniques, viruses and spyware, and inciting violence, especially on a racial, religious or ethnic basis, is prohibited. The website owner does not bear any responsibility for the content of the review added by the User. If prohibited content is detected, the User's account will be deleted without prior notice. Information about the account and the User will be forwarded to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Protection of personal data
The website collects personal data. By creating an account on the website, the User consents to the processing of personal data by the website owner and its partners, also for marketing purposes. The User has the right to view, edit and delete the data provided during account registration.
Providing an e-mail address during user registration on the website is tantamount to consent to receive correspondence from the website owner and his partners, including commercial correspondence.
Services provided by the website
The website administrator makes every effort to ensure that the services are provided at the highest level. It is not responsible for their malfunction. The User uses the website services at their own risk. Breaks in the service delivery or other errors cannot be the basis for any claims against the website administrator.
The website administrator reserves the right to suspend the provision of the service temporarily. The User is not entitled to any claims in this respect.
The website administrator is not responsible for the consequences of using user passwords by third parties, regardless of how they were obtained.
The website administrator may request the User to refrain from activities not provided for in these regulations but considered undesirable by the administrator. In this case, the administrator's request is immediately enforceable, and the refusal to comply is considered a breach of the provisions of the regulations.
Final provisions
Violating the rules of these regulations results in blocking and, consequently, deleting the User's account. Decisions on removing the User's account are made by the website administrator or a person authorized by him. The User may not appeal against the decision to remove the website or account. The current regulations of the website are available on the Luxgambey.com website. Applications, comments, and complaints regarding the functioning of the website may be submitted by mail to the website administrator's address provided in the Definitions of these Regulations.
